On the day of your choosing, you’ll receive one whole day dedicated to you and your brand. A day where I only work on your project to get your copy where it needs to be.
We will have an in-depth kickoff call about your brand and your website copy goals. Knowing about your brand and all its facets is essential for me to create tailored copy for you. This is a crucial part of the VIP Copy Day.
And you can decide what you want to do.
Do you need one new page of website copy?
Do you need a few pages completely renewed and refreshed?
Do you need some sales pages, an email sequence, or a refresh of your proposals?
Maybe even some Instagram captions, blog posts, and email newsletters?
No matter what it is you need to do, I’ve got you covered.

The VIP Copy Day Process
Now here is the fun part! I’m going to help you understand the process so you know what to expect from the VIP Copy Day.
Book Your Day!
To begin, you can select a day that suits you. This is a whole day entirely dedicated to you! We will work together for around 8 hours to build or refresh your copy.
2. Fill Out The Brand Questionnaire
Next up is the brand questionnaire. You will fill out a detailed, eye-opening brand questionnaire that will open up a whole new world, so I’ve been told! Clients also say that it’s super fun and enjoyable, instead of feeling like a chore! This questionnaire allows me to really get to know and understand your brand and learn more about your brand voice, goals, and client needs.
3. Kickoff Call!
Let’s get the party started and review your project goals and how the day will go on a video call. The kickoff call will help both of us understand the ins and outs of what you need, and you will be able to ask any questions you have before I begin with the in-depth copy refresh.
4. Research & Writing⠀
Here’s where I actually roll up my sleeves and get to work on a strategy for you. I complete an in-depth research document and then refresh your current website copy or write a brand new page. This is where you get to sit back and take a day off, drink some coffee, watch some reels on IG, and wait as I get down to work.
5. Live Review Session

Once the copy is complete, we will video chat and review your copy to make sure it’s absolutely perfect for your brand and website. The live review session runs for up to 2 hours, but it usually takes up to 1 hour to ensure we have covered all bases and that you are 100% satisfied with your copy!
